Lifetime Warranty

While most manufacturers offer a year warranty, we are so confident that our products will meet and exceed your expectations that we offer a limited lifetime warranty on our batteries! 

We will replace defective or non-functioning batteries for the lifetime of the item. If you experience any issues simply Contact Us and we will be happy to assist! If an item doesn't function within the first 14 days after receipt we will cover any shipping costs. After 15 days, the customer must pay shipping on replacements. Our lifetime warranty does not cover apparel or accessories, including cartridges or atomizers.

We reserve the right to deny warranty claims if damage is caused by neglect, misuse, or voluntary damage and issues of this nature will be taken on a case by case basis.
